ABDULRAHMON ABIOLA AHMED
Managing Partner
‘Biola Ahmed is a legal practitioner and the Managing Partner at A & A Attorneys (Frontliner Chambers), which operates from Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. His experience springs from the firms of Afe Babalola, San & Co., Yusuf O. ALI, SAN & Co., Lasun Sanusi, SAN & Co., Adebayo & Gbadamosi & Co., Wale Adegoke & Partners. He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He combines a broad base practice in litigation and corporate law. He has represented clients in diverse local and multinational transactions, with virile expertise in conduct of cases across many courts in Nigeria. He was on the team for the defence of Senator Tanko Al-Makura, Senator Akwashiki Godiya, Gov. Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State and a host of others from the tribunal till the finality of the petitions. Equally, he has personally conducted election petitions and pre-election cases in respect of various offices in Nigeria. He has well over fifty awards and laurels to his credit. He is a trustee of some Not-for-Profit Organisations through which medium he also contributes to development of education and human affairs. Aside his legal practice, he loves literary works and offers his insights on UI/UX designs and product management. He loves simplifying legal and literary complexities.
LATEEF OLASILE LEKE-AKINDELE
Senior Partner
Lateef is a graduate of the University of Ibadan where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017 and has since been in active legal practice. His experience spans across all hierarchy of courts in the Nigerian judicial system. He has an insightful understanding of the Nigerian legal system, with experience in dealing with various complex legal issues, especially in the area of dispute resolution. Taking advantage of his experience as a former Legal Assistant to a Justices of the Supreme Court and another Justice of the Court of Appeal, he brings this invaluable experience to bear both in advising clients and in the course of litigation in order to achieve favourable outcomes for his clients. He is also a certified fraud investigator.
His practice areas include Property law practice, labour/employment law, electoral law and election petition and litigation, with a bias for appellate practice.
FATIMAH ADESOLA AGBAJE
Associate
Fatimah is an ambitious, enthusiastic Lawyer who is committed to continuous improvement of herself. She is passionate about achieving set goals or any given task and objectives efficiently.
Her interests cut across but are not limited to corporate-commercial practice and arbitration. Her enthusiasm and zeal keep her ever-willing to embrace challenges.
She obtained her LL.B. degree from the prestigious University of Ilorin before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School to obtain her BL degree. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chatered Mediators and Conciliators.
NIFEMI ABDULMOJEED BABALOLA-IYELIH

Nifemi was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2021 and obtained his LL. B from the prestigious University of Ibadan. He is an astute researcher with significant interest in Sports law, Intellectual Property, Governance and Regulatory Advisory, Corporate and Commercial law, and Alternate Dispute Resolution. He has had internship experiences on his area of interests in firms which include Sportlicitors, a Sports Law specialized law firm, Eaglestracker, an international sports management firm.
Having led different organizations and worked with different projects teams, Nifemi has honed his leadership and teamwork skills. He is highly motivated and result-oriented. His constant drive to learn and develop his skill set makes him a valuable member of the team. Nifemi is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). In his spare time, he writes, sees movies and volunteers in social causes.
